Resend invite to new user?

A couple days ago I added a new admin user to our instance and the invite was sent out. However, they never received and it did not end up in their junk mail. Is there a way to re-send the email invite? Or should I delete the user and then add it again? Is there a way to track that invite email? Thanks.

You should be able to resend the invitation. If not, just delete the account and try again.

Theres no way to track the email.  You might try re-sending, but to ensure they receive it, here is a more certain solution:
  • Set the email address to one that goes to your inbox
  • Log in and set a temporary password
  • Change the user settings to their email address
  • Send an email manually to the user with their information
This will work so long as they can receive the device verification information.
