Need customer support with Marketo and ToutApp

How can I get in touch with support? I am new to my company, so when I am calling the support line they can't identify me by my phone number. Is there any other way? 

Also, how can I get admin access to ToutApp, which apparently was acquired by Marketo?

Hi Milena,

There are a range of ways to contact Marketo Support, but you will likely need to be one of the Authorised Support Contacts for the account.

Check out the link below - there are email and chat options available to you if phoning through isn't working for you.

    ToutApp does not exist anymore, having being acquired by Marketo, so whatever number there was for ToutApp does not work anymore. Marketo's support line is expecting my predecessor's phone number and does not give me the option to talk to anyone. Chat on Marketo's support page is not working. The number I have on our Marketo contract (for Marketo's sales rep) has been disconnected. 

    So I am stuck now. Can a Marketo person please respond?

    Hi Milena,

    Your best bet would be to email support@marketo.com with your request. If you are now the administrator on the account I suggest you outline this within your email and wait for Marketo to respond with next steps.

      Hi Hanna,

      Thank you for getting back to me. Can you please make me:

      • Authorized Support Contact for Marketo support, and

      • Admin for ToutApp (I guess it’s Sales Connect now?)

      I was trying to locate my Customer Support rep but I don’t see that information.

      If you can also send me some information/documentation around admin functions of the ToutApp, that would be great.
