Hello,

I have looked around Marketo Forums & Resources, but I do not seem to find any report or data that would contain Email Marketing Benchmarks by Industry. I am looking for something similar to IBM's SilverPop report & MailChimp's resource. I have seen such requests for data has not really been answered since 2014, but I am wondering if there is anything available right now??

Is there something special you're looking for out of Marketo user data that these reports don't already provide?

I don't know of one in particular, but either of those reports would be applicable to what you are doing in Marketo

Even that IBM report is from 2014 so that is pretty old, I would only take that as guidance and not fact at this point due to the fact that personalization capabilities are improving all the time and driving up email open rates
