Is there a method to pull a smart list based upon a specific sequence of events?

All,

I am trying to pull together a smart list (or report) of all people who had downloaded an ebook prior to submitting an RFI. Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

Going forward I know I can accomplish this by setting up a couple smart campaigns but I would really like to gauge the past couple months performance.

You can use the Was Changed filter. Might be a bit complex.

This is really something that needs to be thought of in the beginning of the campaign. You'd want to put something in place that would trigger on "Requested RFP" with a filter on "Downloaded Ebook" and write them to a list of "RFP after EBook."

Again, this is a situation that could be remedied by Marketo letting us query the activity history table, but I'm sure it's REALLY complex and specific for each instance.

I'm guessing you don't timestamp the Ebook download or the RFP?

There is actually a time stamp for the RFI but not for the ebook download. If I could use the token in the filter for the smart list then this would be an easy pull. I hope they add that functionality at some point.

I have setup smart campaigns to capture the data I am looking for going forward.
