Integration with Zendesk

i've read the community and did not find any mentions that Marketo can be somehow integrated with Zendesk

but may be there is some work-around to do it?

our sales-team uses Zendesk for communications with customers, so i wondered if there is any way to combine these activities with what i do in Marketo

There is no official integration on http://launchpoint.marketo.com, perhaps due lack of demand.

The good news: Zendesk offers an API and that opens wide possibilities to integrate with Marketo SOAP API.

Hi Vlada,

We are using a service called MUV by The New Office to sync Marketo and Netsuite and they also have a connector for ZenDesk that we're utilizing. MUV is good at syncing data between multiple systems and I've been really impressed with it. Maybe it will fit your needs.

Hi,

Sorry for raising this topic again.

I've been researching and as far as I can see the only alternatives to integrate Marketo and Zendesk is through Zapier or the API, there is no direct integration, right?
