How do you report on a RSS feed?

Hi,

We are trying to report on a blog digest that utilizes an RSS feed (Digesto). An email performance report doesn't provide us with accurate data since it is the same email that's sent out every week (it only shows that 11 people were delivered the email when we know it was delivered to 300+). Has anyone figured out a way to report on an RSS feed email?
