Ensuring approved email is sent

We have run into an issue where someone under me has forgotten to approve the email we're sending and they've sent an out-of-date version (this has now happened more than once). Does anyone have a suggestion for how to doublecheck that the email you're sending is the most recent version?  I'd rather not have to physically look at every program this person puts together, but that's the only way I can think to do it right now.

Sometimes being an admin is tough work. But think, if they're forgetting to approve their emails, what other mistakes are being made. It's worth the extra 2 minutes to ensure perfect communications with your prospects.

Hi Becky,

You could try revising your workflow so that your team member doesn't approve the email until it's finally ready to go. They can work on it while it's in draft mode and send sample emails to anyone who needs to provide feedback on it. The email should never be approved until it is actually customer-ready. This way, if she forgets to approve it, the email simply won't send. An unsent email is better than one that was sent with errors.

You could also create a  Role where they dont have the authority to "Activate A Campaign" until they prove that they can manage the workload appropriately.
