Displaying Smart Campaigns for Event Programs on Marketo Calendar

At this time, we can see the event programs on our Marketo calendar, but how can we see the specific smart campaigns nested within each event program on the calendar?  For example, if I'm sending emails as part of an event program, can we see all those separate smart campaigns on the calendar?

In Calendar, you have to include the entry types: Smart Campaign and Smart Campaign with Email to see the nested Smart Campaigns.

To view the Smart Campaigns associated with a particular Event Program, inside the Program switch your View to "Schedule." You can also access this view directly form Calendar by clicking on the Parent Program link.

Thanks, Ann Marie. If we scheduled three sends as part of a campaign, how

can we see all of the sends on the calendar?

Hi Nick,

If you have multiple emails being sent in a single Smart Campaign, it would appear on the calendar when the Smart Campaign is scheduled. If you want to see them each on the calendar, you would have to schedule them all separately in their own Smart Campaign.
