Clone to a campaign folder as default

Small beans but this annoys me to no end:

I hate it so much because I almost always start writing my event name in the Clone To box.

If you could just make this the default, I'd be happy:

    If I might add to this, make the select boxes impossible to type in.  Every GD time I type in the wrong box.

      From a UI perspective, the FOLDER field should be placed after the CLONE TO field (if campaign folder is selected); and then the NAME field.  They should be ordered by hierarchy.
