Change Status in Progression still available?

Hello,

Setting up my first event program.

I am looking at this guide: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoTutorial?id=kA250000000Kyov

It mentions changing the "Change Status in Progression" flow action, however, I do not see this listed in my child campaign under flow.

I know some of the Marketo guides can be a little out-dated, is this flow still available? If so, how do I see it?
