bidr.io - Targeting Cookie - GDPR

Hello Marketo Community -

Does anyone have any solid information on a Cookie - bidr.io?  As part of our GDPR and other privacy compliance activities we've come across this Cookie on a handful of our websites and we have not been able to identify any specific information on it.

I'm asking here in this Community because from the Cookiepedia website, Marekto.com is currently listed as one of the Top 100 websites found setting cookies from this host.  If Marketo is using the cookie, I'm wondering - and hopeful - that someone within the community has been able to uncover solid details about this Cookie.
