Workfront Dashboard Owner After Deactivation

I’m trying to investigate why some user-created Dashboards in a system don’t have an Owner Name/ID. 

 

Does anyone know if the owner's name disappears if the creator is deactivated?

    Final answer - it happens when environment promotion is used to push dashboards across environments.

    I did some initial testing and narrowed it down to 2 things. 

    1. The owner was deactivated from Workfront and Removed from Admin Console
    2. The dashboard was built in sandbox and pushed to production.

     

    Now I just need to narrow down which of these caused it.
