What does each access level mean?

The new access level overview guide does not define what each access level means (Worker, Reviewer, Requestor, Planner, etc) or where it should be categorized under system administrator, light, contributor, etc. Can anyone help?

Thank you!

JB0219, this article does a fairly good job of describing the levels and I believe the different levels are changing very soon according to this information document.  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/add-users/access-levels/access-level-overview.html?lang=en
