Task Not Showing in Task Report

Hello...I am beating my head against the wall with this issue and I don't understand it.

 

Can anyone tell me why this task:

 

Isn't showing on a report with these filters:

 

The project is active, that person is assigned to it, and they haven't marked their portion complete. I am at a loss here..I hope I'm missing something stupid simple.

Don't use Task | Assigned To ID (which only applies if the user is the Task Owner or first person assigned). Maybe use Assignment Users | Name instead.

    Not stupid, just poor legacy field labeling. "Assigned To ID" should really be called "Task Owner ID" because that's what it's actually pulling. It will only ever get a single person in the filter.
