Requests in DRAFT

How long do draft requests remain in the draft folder?  I wasn’t sure if there was a time limit for how long they will remain in the draft folder?

Hi,

I believe that draft requests are kept indefinitely, until you either submit the request or manually delete/discard it.

The only exception is if the request queue structure changes (i.e., queue topic is removed), when this happens drafts are no longer accessible.

One other thing to bear in mind is that documents uploaded to draft requests are only kept for 24hrs, after which they are deleted from the draft and must be re-uploaded.

Best Regards,

Rich.
