More robust team assignment notifications

Currently you can only set "team assignment to to team" in notifications.

Problem is that when assigning a TASK to a team, they may receive that notification WAY too early, and can never receive notification when all predecessors are complete.

It would be nice to have TEAM NOTIFICATIONS follow task assignee notification pattern for those instances where a company assigns a team to do work within a project.

I like it !

We are experiencing some rapid growth / significant changes in the way requests are being "submitted" - more direct assignments that are not routed and they show up differently for "teams" that are assigned. (internal and external)...it's been a struggle logging in as various users to make sure these requests are showing up.

If team was alerted when a task was "ready for them to work on" - and predecessor driven, a member of team could grab the assignment from that point.

YES!!! Many of our editors and artists operate as a shared resource. We use team assignments so any one of them can pick up whatever task is next. Team notifications for when a task s ready would be very helpful.

This has been a big issue for our implantation as projects are falling off the track because teams are not being notified when its their turn to work on the project. We cannot assign an individual since the team works in a first available model.
