Issues with Workfront Proof... Proofs won't upload

I have been trying to upload proofs to Workfront Proof for hours and none of my proofs will upload. I tried reaching out to Adobe but their support team is useless. Does anyone know of any known issues with Workfront Proof?

    Hi there, I haven't had any proof uploading issues lately. Have you checked your file doesn't exceed the maximum? More info on file max here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/review-and-approve-work/proofing/proofing-overview/supported-proofing-file-types.html?lang=en
