Adobe Workfront General

Hi there,I just wondering whether anyone else is affected the Boards section not loading at all on Workfront?The remainder of Workfront is working fine for us but the boards section does not load at all.We get this error ID ee8bf635-5ed9-490b-8c3a-7e4e367185dbCan anyone advise on what steps we should take to get this resolved or if it is just something to do with  the Adobe Experience Cloud maintenance that is currently underway?Thanks

Hello! I am stumped. I need to create a wildcard filter for projects sitting 3 days after entry date. I do not want to include the entry date within my filter, but it continues to populate.  What am I doing wrong?   Thank you!JM

Does anyone else using Workfront experience intermittent performance issues and error messages?Our staff frequently encounter errors loading projects and dashboards throughout the day. Either the whole dashboard fails to load with a message stating, 'An error has occurred, and we are working to resolve the request.' Or we get a 'red' error window that appears in the upper right of the screen with various messages. See the attached screenshots.   We've opened tickets with support, who want to request access to our system, but the errors are intermittent so they'll never see them. We asked if they could look at logs on their side but they didn't indicate if that was possible. Has anyone else been dealing with this?  Has support been able to identify the cause?

Hi All,in WLB, under settings, we have the option to "Include hours from issues". If this is checked, issues with non-zero planned hours & duration are displayed, both in the "Unassigned Work" and "Assigned Work" sections. - This is great. I need to filter down the displayed items on Issues only, with a specific value in a custom field.I can do this easily in the Assigned Work section, because in the filter section I can use Issue fields as filter:In the "Unassigned Work" section, the option to filter on issue fields seems to be missing:Is it just me overseeing something, or this filtering option really doesn't exist?Can anyone think of a workaround?Thank you,Tibor

Hi, I have a calculated field on a report that simply references a date field on the project level so that the information is available. It does not make any calculations of it's own. Can I filter a report using that calculated field and a range of time? When I try yo filter with that field I only get the following options: EqualNot EqualContainsDoes not containIs BlankIs not blank I would like to have the report look at the field and show me the tasks that show a date range of today up to 3 months. Any thoughts? Thanks, Robin

Hi All,Last year we set up a dummy WF account for our QA team, at their request, so that users could tag the team on notes for various products.  The notification emails from the tag were sent to a shared mailbox to which all the team members have access.In early January the team manager reported that they were no longer receiving WF email notifications to the shared mailbox (the mailbox does appear to receive non-WF emails).  I looked at the account profile, and the Instant option is turned on for all Communication notifications (and when logging in as the dummy account, I can also see the in-app notifications for tagged notes).  I tested a similar dummy account we use with Fusion, and that account's shared mailbox does receive email notifications (the Fusion dummy account does have SysAdmin rights, but beyond that, it's no different from the QA account).Our migration to the Adobe Admin Console took place in December (since our IT department left this until the last pos

I have the System Administrator access level on my profile. I am aware it can be turned on/off in the Access Levels and I see that option there, but the System Administrator Access Level cannot be edited so how can I enable it for that Access Level?Thank you!

My Admin team needs to institute severity levels for our support tickets so that we can establish response and resolution SLAs for different types of support tickets. Does anyone have any recommendations on 3-4 severity levels that we can use?

Is there a way to create a recurring project? I am aware that we can create a recurring task on a project, but our team has some projects that would be awesome to put in on a recurring basis. A few examples would be updating marketing messages on different deliverables on a monthly and quarterly basis. There are a few things that we review on an annual basis that would be helpful too! I have project templates built out for a lot of these but it's still time consuming to create new projects for them every time or even copy them. I'd love to be able to set up something that just creates a scheduled recurrence! 

I’m encountering an issue where task dependencies in Adobe Workfront are not updating automatically when changes are made to predecessor or successor tasks. This is causing discrepancies in project timelines and confusion for the team. Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so, how can I fix it to ensure dependencies update correctly?"

We have a Fusion scenario that converts requests to projects based on status. Once these requests are converted, we're having issues with users who are either primary contacts on the request and project, or users who are directly assigned tasks not being able to access the project or task. For example, this user is assigned to this task, but cannot access it. They are a standard user with edit access to tasks, and we have the setting for "when someone is assigned to a task give them manage access to the task". I've checked everywhere I can think of for other access restrictions that may be causing this. 

I want to set up a calculated field to have a pre-set value based on a selection of another field (radio button). So suppose one radio button have 4 options a,b,c and d, I want to have a calculated field that shows 1 for a, 2 for b, 3 for c and d.Is it possible? Thanks,Nisha

I'm in the process of making a report to track requests and grouping the submissions by the names of the requestors' home groups. I've tried to modify the group.0.valuefield=enteredBy:homeGroupID and group.0.namekeyargkey.1=homeGroupID with :name instead of ID of the grouping in text mode, but that wipes the grouping for my pie chart. Instead of that, I've started adding a custom form with a calculated field for the home group on user accounts. That allows the home group names to appear on the pie chart. Is this the only way to have the names appear on the chart? The thought of having to apply a custom form to all our users just to have the home group name appear instead of the ID is a little daunting.

Is it possible to create a typeahead filter using a custom field?  the custom field is a dropdown field.

We have projects that we don't want users to log time against. I've tried changing permissions on these projects to take away the ability to log hours, to make the project and task view only, and to even take away the ability to view the project and it still appears on the users timesheet. I don't want it on their timesheet at all. Is there a way to make this happen?

I have a Kanban board in WF that - despite all the known Boards glitches - has been functioning perfectly well for driving my delivery team for a year now. Requests are converted to projects using a consistent template which sets out a specific set of tasks each time and nothing has changed. However, in the last 2 weeks, seemingly random projects' tasks have not pulled through the the board. Other, more recent, ones have (still using the same template) so its not volume in the backlog. Using the search function, I explored whether they were there but unable to show due to volume of tickets, but again no results returned - they are simply not there. The projects being excluded have nothing in common in terms of naming, besides being in the latter end of the alphabet.Anyone out there fancy trying to crack this one, or experienced similar? Even for Workfront this one seems obscure and random.
