Do you work with outside partners in a product Licensing workflow?  We have a product Licensing group in our company in Workfront with a process in place that needs tweaking and we were wondering how other groups do it. Especially while keeping the outside partners on collaborative licenses through the process! I would love to hear thoughts and ideas. I miss the old Workfront forums for specialty groups that offered a good venue for these types of discussions!

Asset Queue / Asset Queue (For Fusion) is a project that is referenced in the on-demand learning (ODLS) and required to complete the course, it is said to be provided in the Adobe provided test drive instance; however, is it missing in my test drive instance.Does anyone know where to find the Workfront project Asset Queue / Asset Queue (For Fusion)? Perhaps it was renamed. Does anyone know?

I run the reporting and monitoring of proofs in my organization. We used to have a custom instance of Proof, but are now migrating to an Enterprise-wide instance. With that migration, I am losing visibility to a lot of the fields I had access to, and can only access Proof data from Workfront. One of the key things that I need to keep track of is the last overall Last Decision date so that I can calculate the next approval date for a proof. Is there a way to pull that date via text mode into a Workfront report? 

 I have multiple team members experiencing this error message when uploading a proof. Any ideas? They all have proof licenses.

Hello - is there a way to lock the top row in the Agile View of a project that shows the statuses (i.e., Not Started, Execution, Review, Complete)... I am finding that we have a long list of tasks/stories, and when you scroll down to see additional stories you lose sight of which status each task is on. Thank you! 

Looking for a way to report on how long a stage remains active on a specific proof in a specific workflow and I can't seem to figure it out.  For example, I have an R&D stage on a Packaging workflow and I want to know how long that stage stayed active on a specific proof(s).   Any help is appreciated!   Thanks

I am losing all hope now that Adobe has purchased Workfront that they will ever integrate the  proof profiles into a system that is manageable and  allow a setup for new users to have a default email notification setting that isn't Daily Summary. It's driving me bonkers - especially because you can't change it inline and you have to open every user and then it bumps you back to page one every time.   Is there anything that can be done about this?

Hi Folks,   I had an interesting request come up today, so thought I'd share the punchline: the Project report filter below will return each Current Project with at least one Open Task assigned to the currently logged in User and Can Start and is Not Complete, ordered by Project Completion Date, ascending (i.e. oldest first).   So! I am trying to pull a report that is showing us the difference (excluding weekends & holidays) from when a request is submitted (Request > Entry Date) to when one of our specific tasks within the Resolve Project is marked as complete (task name = Send to Requestor for Approval).   Essentially we're trying to track the turn times from request submission to the delivery to the requestor - however we have additional tasks that follow our "Send to Requestor for Approval" task that we do not want to account for so the project's Actual Completion Date would not work for us, it will need to be that particular task.   Any help is appreciated 🙂

I've created 2 Kanban boards both with different teams in them.  I've turned off and then on the automatically add feature several times.  It worked in the beginning and then at some point stopped working.  They are all in different locations.  There is a mix of Mac and PC and all have the latest OS and Chrome.  VPN is not on and they are connected to a good network.  I tried giving them admin access and that doesn't work either.  They are assigned to the stories in the board that they are moving from in progress to complete.  @raburn1 has been patiently working on this with us for the last 3 months but, since he can't recreate the problem when logging in as one of the users, he can't send it off to development.  We are really stuck.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hello Community,   Since BETA filters stacking option allows us to apply multiple filters, I want to understand how other admins are using it. Because stacking applies 'AND' condition between the multiple filters, it sometimes gives zero results when there is a conflict. For example: A project cannot be in both 'Current' and 'On Hold' (assuming different filter for each status here). I have ideas for implementation but 'AND' logic doesn't give enough confidence.   Thanks in advance 😊
