Description - I would like to add an option, like a checkbox, to updates so that the update will not be sent to the primary contact. Why is this feature important to you - I am a system admin for our Workfront instance and use Workfront to collect support requests from our users.  We use the requests and the updates section to keep notes on what is happening with the request; what we've worked on, communications we've received, technical notes, etc.  Unfortunately this filles up the inbox of the user who submitted the request (primary contact). How would you like the feature to work - Add a checkbox or similar, to the updates view (could be titled something like 'private' or 'no notifications') that could be selected.  When selected, no notifications would be sent to the primary contact.  Any user's that were specifically tagged in the update would still get a notification. Current Behaviour - There is an option to keep updates internal to a company,

Description - I would like requestor to have the option to always receive an email notification when the status of their request is changed when converting their request into a project.Why is this feature important to you - In quick turn-around projects, some of our clients like to see the progression of their requests being converted.How would you like the feature to work - During the process of converting an issue to a project, we set the status of the project to in-progress on creation of the project. When submitted, this currently changes the status of the issue to in-progress, but does not send the email notification to the requestor. In the user profile, we have turned on the email notification "The status changes on my request" and set to instant. (screenshot added)Current Behaviour - The requestor will only receive a status change email notification when the status of the project is manually changed, which updates the resolved issue.

Description - currently, you can only update proofing summaries manually at the contact level in Proofing HQWhy is this feature important to you - Every reviewer in the Workflow needs to be manually adjusted and can easily be missed.  Defaulting to a daily summary can be problematic when the user has set their daily summary for 7am, we offer up a proof at 8am on a Friday and the Reviewer or Approver in the proof doesn't see the Daily summary until 7am on Monday.How would you like the feature to work -  Ability to default to Hourly or the ability to mass update the setting in Proofing HQCurrent Behaviour - manually adjust the Workflow drop down to Hourly or manually adjust a Contact's default in Proofing HQ.

Building in the 'Task - % complete' to the bulk update feature would save us lots of time in having to manually update % complete individually 

Description - How would you like the feature to work - attempted testing to change the user ID in the Fusion scenario, but it can't be updated. The Fusion Admin name appears because it is part of the API table.The ownerID represents the Primary Contact, which is separate from the enteredByID field, and therefore, it can't be used to override it.Current Behaviour - Workfront API does not currently support passing "Entered By" information for these types of calls. The API does not have the capability to act on behalf of another user when making requests, meaning that any changes, updates, or requests made via API will always be attributed to the user through which the connection is established (in this case, the Fusion  Admin).

Description -Why is this feature important to you - This feature is causing a huge issue where our licensees are able to update feedback given by the brand assurance team and able to manipulate the feedback by editing issue comment details.  How would you like the feature to work - Give admins to customize issue field level customization privilege so we can update access what licensee can edit and what they cannot  We want licensee to update status of an issue as well as let them upload documents but we dont want them to update the feedback. Current Behaviour - Currently its all or none access. Meaning we allow edit access for an issue they can edit all the fields within issue there is no middle ground where we can hybird edit/read only field access. This could cause a legal issue.

Hello dear community,I have a question regarding the Quick Actions on the start page under “my tasks”.Is it possible to remove or uninstall the time tracking as an icon? We do not need this function and therefore our users should not see it.In addition, there are certain legal reasons why this should not be used in our company.I am grateful for any help.I have attached a screenshot so that you understand exactly what I mean  thank you very much  best jasmin 

Description - Would love to see the ability to assign a default view for a project's tasks and issuesWhy is this feature important to you - Managing multiple views and switching between the views takes a lot of time.  When collaborating, the users need to be on the same view.How would you like the feature to work - When creating a project new or from a template, the creator can assign a default view.  Other users inherit that view or can change to their own.  But at least it would be a starting point for collaboration.Current Behaviour - Users have to select views.

Description / Why is this feature important to you / Current Behaviour - Workfront has the ability to separate labor costs between what was budgeted, what is planned, and what are actual labor costs. While there is an ability to separate expenses between what expenses are planned and what are the actual expense results, Workfront does not have the ability to separate expenses between what was budgeted and what was planned.  A project's baseline / approved budget in terms of expenses must be stored outside of Workfront.   Planned expenses entered on the Expenses dashboard tab and/or on Tasks get automatically updated on the Business Case. If a project manager adds planned expenses that weren't budgeted, how would we report a variance between budgeted and planned expenses?  Answer:  Workfront users are not able to report a variance between budgeted and planned expenses. How would you like the feature to work -Similar to how a bu

The email sent when a new request is submitted states the following:"Hi,[Request Submitted Name] just requested your team to work on [Name of Request]. It's all yours."  This is a problem because many of our requests are set up so they are sent to a TEAM and not to an individual user. The wording of "It's all yours." implies that the recipient of the email is responsible for working on the request.  We want to promote Workfront as easy to use and this adds additional unnecessary confusion. It confusion because it is not an accurate or necessary word choice to use in the email. We'd like to have Workfront run changes like this past a group of experienced users so they can provide input. This may seem like a small mistake to make but would have been caught by the community if shared in advance of launch. Please have those three words removed because they are a unnecessary part of the email communication.

My organization is pretty good about not bothering folks with emails on Holidays or Weekends, however our Workfront emails still come through from the system even on days when we aren't open for business. With that same logic we should be able to suspend emails on these days

Retain Simple Formatting When Exported to Excel such as having Two Columns Combined.

Right now the only way to extend work on a task into the next sprint is to move it. We want to keep track of the points and work completed in the last sprint, but move the task into the next iteration. When doing this we lose all of the update history but need that to continue work.

Can a feature be added to make the name of an already established proof static? Now when a revised proof is added, if it is a single document or multiple documents added to a combined proof this is not the case. If a single document is added as a new version, and the user does not edit the document name, the proof is renamed to match the new document. Why? If new documents are added to a combined proof then the proof asks the user to add a new name. It would make the user experience better if once a proof is started, the default should be to pick up the previous name automatically. There can still be an option to edit the name but that should be secondary. It seems like the default should be to always use the name of the previous proof and not default to renaming a new single proof based on the file added.How would you like the feature to work?It would be great to flip the default behavior to not rename a revised proof. Current BehaviourWF Proof defaults the proof name based

Description - I would like to "watch events" for specific user in Fusion, or converse exclude from watching specific userID.  Why is this feature important to you - This would be huge resource saver and performance improvement for Fusion scenarios. Any upgrade to filtering capabilities limits the number of when scenario gets triggered. This saves customers operations, Fusion/Adobe resources, so the benefit is mutual.   How would you like the feature to work - have an option to include/exclude updates made to a given object type by a userID. This field is available in watch event output bundle, so I'm guessing adding this as filter option should be easy. Current Behaviour - We use service account to perform tons of operations in Workfront. Excluding this account in watch event modules is critical to limit the number of times scenarios are being triggered without a need. Description - Improve the speed of deleting projects Why is this feature important to you - Because the time of deleting projects takes a long time, the last one I deleted 6 copies takes 1 day to delete. How would you like the feature to work - The changes in our dashboard of projects will be fast in real time. Current Behaviour - It slow aprox 1 day. 

Description - As the subject field is mandatory and Adobe does not provide the possibility to deactivate it, it would be good to be able to rename this field or modify the label Why is this feature important to you - The name subject is not enough for a briefing form and this name does not make sense for all briefings. This leads to misunderstandings. How would you like the feature to work - The best solution would be to be able to deactivate this field, the others would be to be able to rename it or at least setup a label / instructions for it. Current Behaviour - not possible

As an Admin I need to view User Profiles. After Viewing the User profile there is a frequent need to Logon As the user. There needs to be a link to clink and logon as the User on both the User Profile "Home Page" and also on the Left Nav Bar when the User Profile is edited.

There are many ways to log time and we use them all.  We even add a task to every project called admin time logging for work concentrated to a specific project but not detailed in a task.  We have recently restructured our work and we are going to have coordinators own the projects and keep them moving quickly and smoothly but likely the coordinators will not have tasks.If we could turn on a feature in the left nav so each project had this default option, we could avoid adding a generic task to the beginning of each project to log time.  This also would be helpful for other roles as well as coordinators.Once a project is opened, the coordinator could click on the left nav and this weeks time sheet would appear for that project and could easily be completed without leaving to go to another location to log time.  Similar to logging on a task or issue.Thanks!SuzyF

Not sure if this will go anywhere because there probably aren't enough people following this channel to vote it up to get he required votes, but worth a shot. Currently, when you use fusion to convert an issue to a project, the custom data doesn't come over. No biggie, you can then update the project with the info from the request. However, if you have 10 form you need 10 flows. And if each form has 100 fields, you must manually map each field from the request to the project. Now take this further and you want to change the name or add a field.. Yep. Update the flow. It would be AWESOME if we could either convert with a switch (include custom data) or have a sub-object that we could pull over for the custom data without mapping each item. If the key doesn't exist in the new project object, it is dropped. If it exists it gets mapped. Sounds similar to the "CONVERT ISSUE TO PROJECT" button in the user interface, no?

We would like the ability to select two parents on a workflow stage, both needing to be approved before going to the child of the two.

We need the ability to create a group or folder for our Project Templates, similar to how groups are used for Proof Workflow Templates in Proof HQ. Currently, we have several templates we use and this would be beneficial for organization during request conversions.  

Issue -The Layout Templates are a great way to tailor the user experience in the system.   However, we use the system at an enterprise level with various tenants using the system using the Group setup.  The problem is we have users that work with multiple groups in the system.   The layout template assigned to them as part of their home group may not align when they are working on work objects from another group. For example, a User 1 in Group A may hide Business Case section of a project to meet their operational needs.   However, User 1 may have to work on a project that is managed by Group B that uses Business Case.  Because User 1's layout template hides Business Case, they cannot see the Business Case section in Group B's project. How would you like the feature to work -I would like layout templates differentiate between overall/default view of the system, and the context of the object they are looking at (portfolio, program, proje

Description -Why is this feature important to you - Because fusion history is only available for 1 month, there are times we cannot determine the source or duration of a given issue.  How would you like the feature to work - we would like an API that we can subscribe to from an external log monitoring tool. Current Behaviour -Fusion logs only contain 1 month of history.
