DescriptionThe current search functionality in Adobe Workfront can be improved to enhance efficiency when searching for past projects, especially when looking for work done by other team members. Users who frequently need to locate previous projects based on specific owners or project types often face limitations that slow down their workflow.This enhancement proposal focuses on two key improvements:Expand the search functionality to display all potential project owners when searching by name, rather than restricting the results to only the top 10 suggestions. This is especially critical when dealing with common names, as it limits visibility and makes it difficult to locate the correct project owner.Allow users to filter by both "Project Type" and "Project Owner" simultaneously. Currently, selecting a project type disables the ability to also search by a person’s name. Description -Why is this feature important to you - We have group admins who monitor end user license allocations and it would be helpful for them to receive this system generated email notification so they are aware of use cases where we might need to budget for additional light licenses. How would you like the feature to work - Specific group administrators should optionally be able to receive this email notification.Current Behaviour - Only system admins receive this email notification. 

As my team continues to write project briefs in WF, we would to have the current features expand and make the writing/ working on marketing briefs more dynamic.  A few ideas:More than 1 bullet indention right now we can only indent 1 bullet so we can't do sub-bullets.Ability to copy and paste a screenshot or photo directly into the text boxAbility to highlight or change the color of certain text to emphasize things in the brief Ability to add in a table to better organize informationA best in class example is honestly how people can write briefs in Asana as there was a ton of different functions for the text and layout.

Hitting the Submit button on a timecard right after entering hours in a cell (the cursor is still in the cell) results in a save and not a submit. This is confusing for our users and results in a lot of unsubmitted time cards from our users. They click the button and see the loading circle, and once complete they close out but it hasn't submitted.Steps to reproduce the issue:1) Enter hours into a cell in a timesheet2) Before clicking out of the cell, click the Submit for approval button3) A "Saving..." message with a throbber (loading circle) shows next to the button, but once it completes it has only saved, and not submitted. It would be great if you could have the autosave and submit run if they click submit.  Or maybe disable the button if there are unsaved changes.  Either way, it would be great to fix this so we don't have to train our users to click the submit button twice.

In our instance, we have some projects that require specific default fields, views, filters and terminologies that are different than other projects. It would be helpful if we could assign project layout templates to portfolios or programs or individual projects instead of users.Example:Agile Portfolio:-Projects= Epics-Tasks=Features-Issues=Defects-Project Custom dashboard= Epic PI Dashboard Marketing Campaign Portfolio:-Projects = Campaigns-Tasks=Activities-Issues=Digital Content-Project Custom Dashboard=Campaign Performance Dashboard

Description - move multiple reports to a folder at onceWhy is this feature important to you - I have hundreds of reports I need to organize and currently you can move 1 at a time and then it automatically moves you to that new folder vs keeping you where you were in the report list. How would you like the feature to work - Even if I can only drag one report at a time, PLEASE stop it from taking me to the folder I just moved something to. Then I have to navigate back to the my reports page and find the place I was at and it's just so unnecessary and time consuming. I don't need to see the report in the new folder to know that it's there. Ideally, I would love to be able to select multiple reports and move them all to a folder at one time (and then stay on the page I was originally on).Current Behaviour - can only move 1 report at a time and then it navigates you to the new folder and you have to constantly go back, drag report, wait for page to load, go back, wait for page to load,

Description -  Currently, Workfront utilizes the time zone on the user's computer to determine the times and dates for tasks versus the setup time zone within Workfront for the user. It also ignores the time zone schedule of the project. We are finding issues with this in a few locations within Workfront. For example, in the Time Off section, if the user's setup time zone within Workfront is not set to the same time zone as their computer, it will select 2 days when trying to select 1. Another example, if a user is located on the West coast and their computer is set to PST, but their Workfront time zone is set to CST, it will override the CST and use the computer's time zone. This is especially difficult for Planners that are setting up due dates and times for tasks within a project. We'd like Workfront to stop referencing the "computer" time of users and set all users to CST, regardless of where are they are located in the world.  Configuring user accounts with the

Currently we have to manual block off the weekends in order for our templates to not account for them. We would like to have this as an automatic feature or have something that can rolled out across multiple years

Fusion currently does have the feature to clone an existing data structure from one team to another but the same feature is not available for data stores. This forces users to either manually create the data store or create Fusion scenarios to achieve it. While we feel this feature will be a good to have in the product 

It would be great if schedule exceptions could be added to calendars in the same way as time off. This would eliminate one more manual process on our shared calendars.

Description -see any Thumbnails for PDFs when you upload as Documents Why is this feature important to you -all of our Print output will require a PDF for approval, so having the thumbnails and previews available is imperative for our processes. How would you like the feature to work -By default, PDF is a supported file type for proofing so when you create a proof from PDF files, it will show a preview thumbnail. But you won't see a thumbnail for PDF files within the document lists/ PreviewThumbnails are show for for png, jpeg etc, but not PDF when you upload as Documents to Workfrontuploading a PDF as a “Document” by default doesn’t generate any in-browser preview.  Current Behaviour -If you choose “Document Only” when uploading, Workfront just stores the file—no interactive viewer is generated

Description - It would be nice to be able to see a frame preview on the timeline of a video proof when scrubbing through the video.Why is this feature important to you - It would make it easier for the approvers who are previewing the video to be able to scrub to a certain part of a video. If you could see the frame on the timeline, it would be much easier to click through the video and stop at the point where you need to be.How would you like the feature to work - A simple frame preview that pops up on the timeline when scrubbing through. 

Description - the new bottom-center green and red notification popups do not disappear automatically and instead have to be manually closed via the "X" button on the notification. It would be great if these notifications could disappear after a specified amount of time automatically.Why is this feature important to you - adding too many unnecessary clicks, and the popups end up stacking on top of each other if you neglect to "X" them out. This is especially noticeable when working on a complex report where you have to save and view the report, go back and make another small change, save and view the report again, etc. You can accumulate a lot of notifications in a very short timeframe.How would you like the feature to work - either give us an option in Setup to specify how long the notification should be visible, or set the time limit for us. Current Behaviour - notifications have to be manually closed each time they appear. 

Description - Would like the ability to create templated email sends for automated workflows in proofWhy is this feature important to you - When routing assets to a handful of different companies, we would like the ability to send personalized emails to each company that can be templated and attached to the automated workflow they are on. Currently, you can customize an email when setting up a proof, but this adds a lot of manual work to our team that is setting up the proof to copy and paste a message in, when it could be templated out and drive efficiencies for our team. How would you like the feature to work - For each unique automated workflow, create a section that allows you to tailor email communications that can be saved and are always on when creating a proof with a specific automated workflow.Current Behavior - Does not exist, but you can customize an email upon proof creation.

Description - Would like the ability to target different on load messages in Proof and be able to attach them to specific automated workflows.Why is this feature important to you - We would love to be able to have this feature enabled for some users and not all users when viewing a proof. For example, we have external users that need the message and the internal company users do not need the message. Since we are unable to target a specific workflow, all users unfortunately have to see and click to remove this message, which adds another step for the end user and they have found this to be an annoyance since we turned this on recently. Lastly, we have a few different businesses in our instance and it would allow flexibility for different units to control their own messaging.How would you like the feature to work - Be able to create personalized on load messages that you are then able to target to specific proof automated workflows.Current Behavior - Currently you are able to turn on th

Description - We would like the ability to limit commenting to only those tied to the Proof workflow.  Currently you can add ANY proof user to a comment. Why is this feature important to you - As a marketing agency, we work with competitor clients and some users work across clients.  We need the ability to protect proprietary information and protect from inadvertently emailing someone with a similar name at the wrong client.  Our art directors work with many groups and the external emails are only used in Proof.  External clients do have not access to our platform.  So changes to user access would not be an option for us. Also, the Share setting within Proof itself isn't feasible because Partner accounts only seems to work with organizations that also have WF Proof.  How would you like the feature to work - It would be good to have an option within the proof workflow details that restricted users from tagging anyone but the people who are me

I needed to update the calculation on a custom form, but instead of just adding the new code in I have receive an error code stating " Form Number field is used in a multi-form configuration, if you would like to change this formula you will need to remove this field and replace it with a new one containing the desired calculation". Form Number is the custom field I wanted to update, but now I have to create a whole new field, add the modified formula, remove this field from every form it's on, and add the new field back where the old was replaced... but b/c I don't want the name of the field to change I have to do this a second time with the correct name. This is a huge undertaking when every other field updates immediately when an update occurs, not sure why this can't update as well. Even selecting the option of Update Calculation is useless.

I am a power user/resource hog in Fusion. I perform 10s of thousands of operations and frequently need to move around 100s of MBs if files. As such, I run out of your paltry 1GB of memory frequently. I am informed by Support that there is no way to monitor the current memory usage while running a Fusion scenario. And the official answer is "just do less". I argue this is a PRIME case for providing us access to poll the current used memory from within a running scenario. Similar to an Environment variable. This way I would not have to run hard until I hit a brick wall, I could periodically poll the current memory usage and decide if I need to gracefully stop or if I am able to continue on. I am surprised that this doesn't already exist, as it is rather asinine that I can "do anything" in Fusion, but run it hard until it breaks in a non-graceful way. Thank you,Wes-(Very large, multi-milion dollar client)

We would like to be able to report on total Planned Hours by Role by Project. Currently if more than one role is assigned to a task in a project, we can't report on the planned hours for each role on the task.  Reporting on this will allow us to better estimate effort hours by role for new projects from prior projects. We cannot use Actual hours as we don't carry worker licenses for all of our users so being able to use Planned Hours would get us closer.   Also, since we are not able to break out Planned Hours for tasks by role, we are also not be able to compare planned hours to actual hours, which is something we are hoping to do as well for those who do have a worker license.   

Description - Currently the three options for individual user proof permission profiles are supervisor (listed 1st), manager (listed 2nd) and administrator (listed 3rd).  Why is this feature important to you - Our team uses proofs actively on all projects.  Each user needs the right access to proof/edit/approve, etc.How would you like the feature to work - I have a few options.  1 -  Switch the word manager to reviewer so someone knows that's the lowest level permission.  2 -Put the options in access order = manager, supervisor, admin.  Option 3 - Add a question mark icon to define these three levels when someone hovers over it.Current Behaviour - I had my designers using the manager setting and there were numerous access issues.  I didn't realize it was the lowest level permission.

Description - Use an LLM and finetune it with WF(and the other products) documentation and the content stored in the Community forums. Then put it either in the search or in the side bar as an assistant.Why is this feature important to you - It would be a great way to make finding answers more efficient.How would you like the feature to work - Expained above in Description.Current Behavior - THere is currently no AI so searching is the only choice.

Description - Within the comment section, have a dropdown of premade comments (Ie: Done reviewing, Done w/ comments, Done w/o comments, etc) that users can click on instead of having to type out certain messages.Why is this feature important to you - For a handful of our user base, they leave the same type of comments when they're reviewing work. This would help reduce the amount of clicks by having some type of dropdown list of comments to choose from instead of having to type it all out.How would you like the feature to work - Be added as an additional field type where a sys. admin can type in the comments and it will show as a drop down option to the user. Current Behaviour - Not available/ users have to fully type out their comments

I've found the Workfront Cookbooks to be extremely helpful in optimizing our Workfront experience. Something that I've continued to struggle with as a small implementation team is best practices for training. Could you develop a Workfront Training/Implementation Cookbook for new users? 

Would like the ability to build into a template a specific task notification. So if task 42 is marked complete it would send a notification to either a certain user or group or ideally an outside email address (executive notification). We have people who only want to know when one specific task is complete.

Description - While having permissions per object is great for granular security, it is not so great for providing access. It requires manually sharing multiple objects to give the same set of people permission. This is especially true for dashboards, where users must have permission to the dashboard itself, the reports on the dashboard, and the projects and tasks on the reports. Having a Team or Group to organize the users is not the issue. It's making sure all of the elements on the dashboard is shared with the same Team/Group. It would be very helpful to add an option in sharing of dashboards and reports to cascade the sharing at the higher level down to the lower levels, assuming the sharer has that permission on the lower objects. Obviously it should not be too easy to accidentally expand the sharing, but it shouldn't be too hard either. Why is this feature important to you - For ease of use of dashboards and reports, having a way to provide dependent access removes the
