I remember in an update that Campaigns was coming out in a release and it was pushed back, but I haven't seen anything since. Is that still going to be released for beta or at all?

 BACKSTORY Have you ever wanted (or Been Told by someone who wanted) a way to easily make Program level long range plans so that you can rough out your timelines within Workfront? Does anyone know of a way to represent day-over-day data in Workfront? Currently, we are using automation that captures the number of issues and projects in particular statuses and records the same on a task-level custom form. It creates a new task every day in the same project and records all the counts as a number.We are able to graph it as below when the same is exported as an Excel but looking for ways to do the same in Workfront.

Is it possible to turn off or hide the Utilization and Resource Pools view in Resource Management? I didn't see an option for that in the layout template but I could be looking in the wrong place.

I am currently using the Workload balancer to assign my users using the bulk assignment tool, which has been helpful; however, the way that our roles are configured it is conducive to allow for automation. For example, task 1 is assigned to Brand Manager I and task 2 is assigned to Brand Manager II, so there is no overlap and the system easily make that designation. Unfortunately, I have not been able to figure out on my own how to get the system to automatically assign the users to the tasks. Each user is assigned a role and each template has the appropriate role(s) identified for the tasks. Has anyone been successful in setting up automation for their projects in a standard business license? Any recommendations? TIA! Danica

From WorkList, I can click on a task to work on it. I open the task and notice I require Project access to locate assets that are not in my tasks and there is no link to Project from the task. I then have to find an email about the project and click on that to reach a prompt to request access. This was not the case in the old views I had (MyWork), but that is no longer available.

Hello, I have a question concerning the Event Subscription API of Workfront. Is it somehow possible to create a new event subscription, which is triggered, if a specific value within any task within a portfolio or program is updated?I know about the filter function, but as far as I understood, I am only able to provide an objId to limit the trigger to a specific task, or set it up for all tasks. Thanks in advance.RegardsLars

Hello Experts, Wanted to check if there is a better/clean way to handle task flow/assignment as explained below.Task-1        Development/creation task.        For e.g. Asset development or brief creation2. Task-2       Decision gate, approver/reviewer rejects/approves the approval or artifactIf decision of above task-2 is 'Approved', flow goes to next task i.e. #3 in the order.If decision of above task #2 is 'Rejected/Need Rework', then assignee of Task-1 has to work on it again to fix the issues and generate updated version and flow should again go to Task#2 for decision gate.I have found two options:1. Option 1In case of creative asset review/approval decision gate, Workfront's proofing workflow functionality can be used to review/approve proofs. Proofing workflow can be attached/created in the creative development task with multiple stages if required.2. Option 2In case of creative brief approvals or other approvals l

Hi,  I am trying to complete Adobe Workfront - Sales Accreditation. I was able to go through almost all course that are part of this learning path and even completed the quiz but two courses I couldn't open: - Competition and Objection Handling - Selling with Partners I am using a MacBook Pro M1 Max and tried accessing the courses on both Safari and Google Chrome with no result - screen is blank and not displaying anything. I even tried opeing the couse on the Adobe Learning Manager app on Iphone and Ipad with same result. Are you please able to advise?  Thanks!
