Adobe Workfront General

Does anyone have an idea how we might be able to indicate on a report if a field has been updated within the last week? The idea is to add this functionality onto a variety of existing reports.

I was looking to see if there are any reports capabilities within ProofHQ. I think it would be really beneficial to have some metrics that can include % of people for review that actually opened the proof. Another example can be % of people tasked to make a decision that actually did it. As a marketing ops, this will definitely help to take strategic decisions in the future.

Hi all! I am currently doing research on the set up of Brand & Creative Agencys. I am looking for any best practices on set up, if you use blueprints & which ones, and battling the time zone difference ( some of are associates are 10 hours ahead).

Hi! I manage adding new users to workfront for my team. I have added multiple in the past, however one that I added today, their homepage is not displaying. It shows the worklist with no option to switch to new home. Does anyone have any insight to why this might be? Thanks!!

I have built a Journal Entry report to pull the project budget number (greater than 0) if edited this week.  My two questions for the community are: How can I only pull the last budget field update (if someone updated the field multiple times in the week, I only want the max/latest change, not all)? How can I prevent random duplicate rows (several changes are complete duplicates with the same date/timestamp repeated up to 42 times, but some changes don't duplicate at all)? In the attached image, 2 budget entries for 2 separate projects duplicated but one project (in the middle) reflects the accurate single row.

I am trying to run a report to show the Planned Start & Completion Dates on a number of Issues.I need the times to be included in this column as it shows in the Issue itself. Is there something for text mode I can include to pull the date in?

When I make a request, it pops out a lot of request old data, which is not made by me, it should be made by other people but reside here.is there a way to clean up?

If you're a regular attendee of Workfront Scale Customer Success events (typically hosted by @cynthiaboon, @nicholevargas, or me), you may notice some changes over the next week... We're moving to a new platform for our call recordings. After November 30, 2023, previous links you've received via email or accessed in follow-up threads here in the community may not work. But never fear! Calls from the last year are moving to the new platform and we're working behind the scenes to get the links updated on our Experience League posts. If you are accessing a recording from a follow-up email and get an error, feel free to reply back and we'll share the new link. If you have any questions or issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us through the community or at csatscale@adobe.com. Thanks!

Does anyone know if there is a way to filter a report based on the timestamp of the planned completion date versus a date? For example, we have users who are entering projects in Workfront but due to their timezone, the planned completion date for jobs they enter is defaulting to 1:00 AM. I want to pull a report of projects where the timestamp is 1:00 AM however, I don't think this is an option. It seems as though I can only filter by a date range.  Any thoughts?

I currently do not see any calculated measures in powerBI. Is that a limitation for the connector 1.0 ?Please help me understand

Hi, is there an option to duplicate a whole task section (task with all subtasks within) in Fusion?  In Workfront there's an option to duplicate (also Copy to and Move to) which is what I'm trying to mimic but from a Fusion scenario.

I have thoroughly read the article here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/adobe-workfront-api/api-notes/oauth-app-jwt-flow.html?lang=en Unfortunately, I have found it quite hard to get this working in the real world, an example of what the token would look like would be really helpful. To test this myself I used https://jwt.io/ to help. I set the Algorithm to RS256. In the payload I added the following data:{  exp:  1693469597  - Expiration Date (Epoch time)  iss: "abcd"   - Customer ID (from OAuth config)  sub:  "abcd"    - UserID (from OAuth config){However, I get a message that my token is invalid, which I assume is something to do with how it is signed as I've not provided the Public key ID anywhere. I generated a public/private keypair which is stored in Workfront, but not sure what to do with it.Is anyone able to provide any assistance? Thanks, Rob

I've dug around and haven't been able to find an answer - how do you carry over time tracked to a request so it's included as part of the resolving project?

We have multiple schedules created for a project and these schedules have time range from Monday to Friday. For Eg 9 AM to 6 PM(8 Hours). Is it possible to get a report for the same in hours ie 8 hours.

Does the Email Alert setting on the Proof supersede the setting on the user in Proofing? Or is it vice versa?

A user has Daily summary selected as their default in Proofing and Daily summary as the Email Alerts selection on the Proof. The user received an email notification indicating the "Proof has been modified." and the "Deadline has been changed..."; the user does not want to receive these types of notifications.I reviewed the documentation for Manage notifications for proof comments and decisions and it states the Daily summary is "An email is sent every day with all comments, replies, and decisions listed. An email is sent only on days when there is activity besides your own."Does anyone know if this email notification was sent because it is part of the Daily summary, or is there another reason?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/review-and-approve-work/proofing/manage-proofs-in-workfront/manage-proof-notifications/manage-notifications-for-proof-comments.html?lang=en

My email notifications are turned on in my profile but I am not receiving emails. I used to up until September. Can someone help?I was told I may be on an email suppression list. I would like to receive all email notifications.

Hi teamWhen we create a request, and under "billing details", there is Activity ID. My question is where to find activity ID and how to input it?Many thanks!

Hi we need to enter specified hours for tasks in the project for user. Also if we can add multiple schedules in our project set up?

Hi there!Looking for a smart solution on how Worker can attach a SharePoint URL to the existing Project. That is link to excel spreadsheet, which should be easily accessible to the rest of all assigned Workers. Each time that URL will be different and spreadsheet will be created as a result of done task.Currently 'Updates' are used for that purpose, it is not ideal, as each time users need to scroll down a lot.

Hello, If I navigate into Reports, there is another view called "Reports Sharing List" which shows the column "Shared With".Besides users, teams or groups, there are also some reports which are shared with layout templates. Now I need to know, where I am able to change this assignment, as when opening the sharing details of a report those layout templates are not listed here. Also in the layout template settings I do not find any option to manage reports. Thanks in advance. RegardsLars
