Description - Approvals should have a due date fieldWhy is this feature important to you - Many of the processes that require approvals in my line of work are timely and need to be received before certain activity can take place.How would you like the feature to work - I would like a due date field added to the approvals object to drive timely notifications when action is required and when. Example: A campaign (Project) has a list of drops (Tasks), with fixed start and end dates. A drop cannot occur until final approval has been received.  I would want to set a Task Approval due date somewhere between 3-7 days prior to the set start date and have that trigger notifications to the Approver that they've been asked to approve and when we would need it, sending reminders as the due date approaches.  

If possible, we would be interested in modifying the information included on Workfront's system-generated emails that are sent to our team when a request is entered.

Description - In workfront planning using the calendar view if an event is happening soon can we have a reminder notification so that the team knows/gets a remind to action in advance.Why is this feature important to you - This would avoid users forgetting to action or prepare in advance of a calendar event.How would you like the feature to work - Enable reminder option for an item, allow reminder time and date setting for notification.Current Behaviour - I am not aware of any reminder option. The user would have to tag another user in a comment to remind them I believe...?

Description - Our IT won't allow legacy tokens to be turned back on in Microsoft 365 for security reasons. We would love a version of the Outlook plugin that doesn't rely on these tokens. Why is this feature important to you - Our team relies on the Outlook plugin for request submission How would you like the feature to work - As it did before the update to OutlookCurrent Behaviour - Currently has the error "Unexpected error Unable to get the outlookIdentityToken". Description -  I noticed that when users enter start time in Workfront (where the UI allows to specify time with up to a minute's accuracy), Fusion also adds seconds and milliseconds, which later leads to small discrepancies in processing.For example, when the user inputs the start time as 15:00 and the end time as 16:00, Fusion doesn't show 1h as would be expected after calculating the time difference but rather 0.9904197222222223h.I believe this is because 15:00 might be stored in the database as 15:00:01.500. Seconds and milliseconds can lead to subsequent inaccuracies in processing.  Why is this feature important to you? Fusion gives inaccurate results when calculating time differences. How would you like the feature to work - fusion always zero out everything smaller than a minute, because UI doesn't allow for specifying anything smaller than a minute. Description - We have times that the answers on the custom forms change and we need to "reset" the form so it clears out the answers. We run an external report and if we don't clear out those answers, they show up on the report. Why is this feature important to you - There are times the answers to the questions change and we need to change them. The answer stick if their is logic involved and they carry out to the external report.How would you like the feature to work - Have a way for system admins or planners to reset the questions in the form. This would save time from taking screenshots, deleting and readding the form so we can change the answers and not have the other answers still "answered". Current Behaviour - If we answer 'yes' to a question and the additional questions show up because of the logic that we have set, they are answered. Hello,  We see a lot of work getting done end to end. This often means that various people of the same job role may be into the project. There isn't a reason to have multiple roles to tasks (ex. Designer 1, Designer 2) as you wouldn't want to schedule them to the same tasks. If you were able to use balancer at a more granular level around tasks that are bucketed verse the task name option (which are often the same outside parent tasks). 

Description - I feel like this could be a reportable object, but at the very least would like a place to see what email notifications were sent, to who, when, and what triggered it. Why is this feature important to you - We get a lot of complaints that Workfront sends too many duplicative emails. It's really difficult to understand exactly which ones different people need without being able to see exactly what notifications they get. The documentation that explains the different types of emails is not sufficient. It's also difficult to know how the proof email notifications and WF email notifications work together. It seems like they don't at all and constantly send duplicative information.

Description - I have created a report to pull historical data on custom fields that their format is Rich text, however the report is not showing data (the fields show empty in the report). As the WF support advised:  "What happens normally when you set those fields to be tracked is that it will post the updates in the update stream and it can reference the text of the field at that time to be able to display it in the report. Rich Text is one of the only exceptions to this. Normally you can use the "Old Text Value" and "New Text Value" fields like you have, but Rich Text is stored in an HTML format in order to maintain the formatting that is being used.Because of this, though the update stream can show that updates were made, the journal entry report doesn't have a native field in it that can pull and display that HTML text. It's a rare scenario, I think this only the second time I've seen this in the last 2 years or so.In this case the only way you would be able to go a

I'm a Workfront system admin using the admin console. Recently, I created a test user account within the Workfront instance but then shortly decided to delete that account. I deleted the test account in the console and it was successfully removed. However, it has not been removed from Workfront itself. When I contacted support to see how to delete the account within Workfront, I was told there's no way to do that and that that's intentional because deleting a user account results in that user's history being erased.   As an admin, I know it's best practice to deactivate an account rather than delete it permanently. But, as noted above, there are instances when an account, whether created temporarily for testing purposes or in error, serves no purpose and needs to be permanently removed.   My recommendation is for the user deletion functionality be restored to admins who are using the admin console. Even better, it would be ideal to have the ability to delete users from within

When we convert an Issue to a Project, we can specify the intended owner of the Project. It would be super helpful if we had the same functionality when adding a Template to a Task, i.e., "Assign template tasks to the Owner of the parent Task" or something similar.

I actually expected the feature to work this way to begin with and was surprised to learn that it didn't. If I have an issue that is resolved by a project I would like that issue to display the planned completion date of the project. Nothing more complex than that.

Please consider changing the radio buttons to checkboxes so we can assign the same template to multiple Tasks at the same time (instead of having to do it one at a time).

Description - make WF CC or BCC me when I submit an update, or some kind of warning that I have "draft" updates... Why is this feature important to you - so that I know I actually hit "submit" after entering information that is intended to go out to the requestor or team- and that I don't come back to my desk Monday morning wondering why no one has responded, and then I open WF and dig into the request queue, and open the actual "updates" tab, and discover an unsent "draft" . but of course that's never happened. How would you like the feature to work - as above. either CC or BCC myself upon hitting submit, so I can see in my email that I sent a message... or a warning that I have unsent messages... or both.  Current Behaviour - if I navigate away from an update without hitting "submit" ... it just sits there. and if I go get coffee and start working on something else- perhaps I go to the "request details page to make sure I am not missing important details... and th

Currently, these elements take up significant vertical and horizontal screen space and cannot be hidden or minimized.Why is this feature important to you:This feature would greatly improve usability and workspace efficiency. Description - I have a field that I would like to duplicate and rename without having to create another field manually. Example - I need to manually create fields with drop down options on the open/close time for one of our specific locations (this can get extensive when building it out for each day of the week).  Why is this feature important to you - It would save me a ton of time when building out custom forms. How would you like the feature to work - Have an option within the custom form area to copy existing fields (and rename them) similar to how you are able to do this with templates, projects, tasks, etc. Current Behaviour - Inability to copy custom fields (need to manually create each).  

Description -Why is this feature important to you -keeping track of individual sub-tasks inside a task or requestHow would you like the feature to work -I'd like to have checklist that either automatically generates from a list of items entered by a requestor, or manually entered by me (or someone) upon receiving the request. this would allow me to verify with the requestor that I have all required sub-tasks on my "to-do list" for each request, and to track my progress before sending back. also allows identifying items that are incomplete or have outstanding questions.  Current Behaviour -requestor checks boxes in pull down menus, or selects radio buttons, and then a fairly hard to organize page is generated. also there are several locations to add "additional comments", which are a useful way to get details communicated- (not everything fits in a menu). but to be useful to me, I need to organize this information in a way that fits into my workflow. punchlists are a common pr

We would like the capability to configure the visual view of reports in our Dashboards.Currenlty each report has horizontal space for;- Tabs Menu (Details / Summary / Matrix etc.)- Options (export, lookup, Gantt etc.)It would be great if these lines could be configured, as they take up a lot of space and are not always required by the users.See the attached image for an example of the space that these unused rows are taking up in one of our Dashboards.For this particular Dashboard / Team, 'Details' is not required on the majority of reports, as there are no other tabs and 'export / search / Gantt' would also not be required on the majority of the reports for this team. It would be great if there was an option to configure these lines to create a better visual and make better use of the Dashboard space.Thanks

Description - I like the look and feel of the new Priorities page as well as the filter and grouping options. I also like that if I create a new task from here and it automatically includes me as the assignee which I can "x" out if assigning to someone else. Here are a few things that would be helpful and enhance the UX: Ability to add custom fields to the columns displayed.Hyperlink the project names so we could right-click to open in a new tab. Description - when viewing the new Calendar via a dashboard, the spacing between the items and their on/off toggle is dependent on the viewer's monitor resolution/size, and the are aligned to the right. If viewing the dashboard on a widescreen monitor, there's a wide gap between the two areas. When viewed on the same monitor via the Calendars page, this spacing issue does not happen, and the names are aligned to the left.Why is this feature important to you - UI and UX consistency How would you like the feature to work - when viewing a calendar on a dashboard, align the items' names to the left, flush with the on/off toggles - similar to how it is when viewed on the Calendars pageCurrent Behaviour - item names are aligned to the right, flush with the calendar itself

Description - Our Project/Account managers work on several proofs whose statuses they would like to see under the document section, within a Project. The issue is that some of the proofs have multiple stages which have different statuses. Until the proof is approved across all the stages, the status that is provided under the document section within a project is pending. This is vague as it doesn't mention or provide the current stage of the proof on a high level, so that they can easily know the stage in which the proof is stuck or pending within the proofing workflow. This requires going into the proof manually to find it, which is time-intensive.Why is this feature important to you - This is important because, in a project where there are multiple proofs with multiple stages, it would be easy and efficient to identify the current stage and status of a proof without having to open each of them, thereby allowing project/account managers to easily have an update on the Proof approval p

Even though you set custom quarters in settings, they are only used for reporting not other tool functionality. This is quite apparent when you are trying to use the Resource Management capabilities in Workfront. The quarters option only uses standard quarters. This decreases the usability of this part of Workfront. In addition, the way that an Admin has to maintain the list of custom quarters seems extremely manual. It would be better for Workfront to calculate what the custom quarters are based on "When does your fiscal calendar begin". If I enter February 1 then all of the quarters should shift accordingly and in turn both the reports and the Resource Planner. Please fix.

Description - Documents added on the Task Level currently show on the Project Level by default; it would be beneficial for organization for the folder that they relate to on the Task Level to show on the Project Level as well. Why is this feature important to you - We require folder structures on projects to organize documents, but don't want the users bouncing from the Task Level where they are completing the work to the Project Level just to put the document in a preset folder. How would you like the feature to work - If a document is in a folder on the Task Level, it pushes both the document and folder to the Project Level and not just the document. Current Behaviour - Documents push to the Project Level without a folder
