Hey Community, currently I am trying to create a workfront data model with process mining.Therefore, I am using different endpoints to retrieve the data.   Is it possible to query the audit logs/activity logs via the endpoint?Thank you in advanceBr,Sandro 

I've had several users over the last few weeks say when they access a proof through the email notification it opens as READ ONLY.  Anyone else having this issue? 

hello workfront community!  i'm wanting to give view access to my worker level creative team for the high level workload balancer in the resource management section of workfront.  in the access level settings, they have view access for resource management.  however all they can see in resource management is planner and resource pools.   does anyone know what i'm missing here?

I am working on a request queue for my team to self-report capacity for the week.  I have been able to take the requests and create a report the only shows the current week. However, if a user submits another request to the queue, i want the report to only show the most recent submission.   My report filters: Request >> Entry Date between $$TODAYbw $$TODAYew   But it shows all entries by a user that week. How do I filter the report to show the most recent by a user?

Hello,   I want to add an existing custom field to an existing custom form using the API.   I know how to get all custom fields assigned to a specific form using https://<domainname>.my.workfront.com/attask/api/v15.0/ctgy/<customFormId>?fields=categoryParameters:parameter but I don't know how to add another one to the categoryParameters.   Thanks in advance. Hello - when we launch a project from a template or switch the status from Planning to Current, or Current to Complete - do people with "Inherited Permissions" (because we have shared our portfolio with them) get those email notifications as well? Thanks! 

My mobile device Workfront Outlook email notifications are very small and hard to read. Wondering if there's something I should do to enable mobile-friendly notification emails. I just read that there's a WF mobile app, but ideally I would be able to better read the Outlook notification without having to move to the mobile app (if unnecessary).

For the last two weeks, I'd struggled to correct an issue on a dashboard for our Worker level Creative Team. I'd embedded an external link to this dashboard that showed the Workload Balancer and related filters and everyone - workers and planners alike - were able to use it. As of about two weeks ago, this started to glitch out/filters weren't showing up. I was told by Workfront yesterday that workers should have NEVER been able to see the Workload balancer at the highest level anyway, just at the project level. Now I've been told that I have to move all my Workers to plan level if they ever want to see their projects at the highest Workload Balancer level with filters, and that Workfront needs evidence that they ever had access to view that in the first place. Can anyone assist or provide evidence of a similar situation? I was basically told I was crazy by Workfront. I also don't have screenshots of a time when a Worker could at least just view the Workload Balancer because

Hi all, hope someone can help out. I've set up a new report to show requests coming into the system with some extra columns/info that aren't displayed on the generic requests tab. I'd like it to display newest to oldest, date descending, before I share with others at my org but can't seem to find a way to do this. Is this possible?    Thank you! 

Hi All, I'm trying to see if there is a native field that displays the date a task becomes active?  Actual, and projected date fields aren't giving me that date.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, we've recently added a project status titled "Revision", however when we use this status the project doesn't appear in our Active Project Sponsor report even though I added it to the report setting filters. Is there a method or way to find out the name of the Workflow utilized on an uploaded file to Workfront?   I get the diagram on viewing of workflow of document, but don't see a name.   Thanks

Hi Everyone,   I though to start here before I make a case out of it. I have created simple project report grouped by statuses and owners. Everything is working fine but in the matrix tab one of the statuses appears with its key (BCT) instead of a name "License Pending". Has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve it? Thanks

Is there a way to remove projects within the current view of the Planner if the user has zero hours allocated within that timeline (of the current view)?

I am trying to clear up over 20K old timesheets by closing them. Is there a way to turn off the notification letting people know their timesheet has been closed? I am getting people messaging me about receiving hundreds of notifications because I am closing all old one from 2021 and older. 

We are using a public access link to share a report with customers.    As customers are interacting with the report, which has external links embedded that are opening in a new tab, they are being prompted to login on the tab that contains the original report.    Has anyone encountered this and come up with a solution?

I feel really embarrassed asking this rookie question! I cannot find where to setup the option for someone to see a different screen than Home when they login every day. For example, I want the Calendar to be the first thing someone sees, and not Home. I am sure I have been able to manipulate this, but I can't find it! Help!

Hello,   I am wanting to customize what my team sees in the task creation menus. I am able to attach a custom form, but I want to hide sections such as Task Dates and Constraints, Assignments, etc. as seen in the image below. My team does not use all of these options, so I want to "de-clutter" the screen for them. This seems like an issue that would be solvable in Layout Templates, but I cannot find where to customize these specific options. The Layout Template for Tasks only allows me to customize the Task Details once the Task is already created. If this is possible, please let me know. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!    

Is it possible to create a report that shows the choices in a Dropdown field? For example, I have a form that has a field with 120 choices. I like to create a report that shows all 120 choices for Field 1, even if it’s never been selected.   We are trying to clean up the list, e.g., determine what fields haven’t been used, verify there are not ones that have similar names, etc.   I found this post - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/workfront-questions/is-there-a-way-to-report-on-the-choices-from-a-dropdown-field-to/m-p/511027#M42777 – but I’m not following the text mode.   Thanks for any suggestions!

Workfront Community, I may be overlooking the filter or report type but is there a way to filter a report for reports to only show reports that are shared with a specific user?

We typically use more plan licenses than work licenses. I believe that many of those with with with plan access really should be moved to a work license based on them not being a project owner.   Does anybody do a regular audit of their licenses to ensure users have the right one based on their usage of Workfront? I image there is a report that could be used to cover more than just logins but focus on how they are using the tool/what they are doing in it. Perhaps some sort of report, users or project, to show has this user been a project owner and if so when?   Thanks!.
