Adobe Workfront General

I logged into Workfront and selected Timesheets. However, instead of seeing my timesheet entries I can now only see entries for my direct reports and not for me.  Please help me locate my timesheet so I can enter and submit.

Hello, when creating a view which includes a lot of columns, is it somehow possible to work with static column widths and the possibility to scroll to the side to see all columns, which are not visible on first sight? As far as I understand the system right now, Workfront always tries to fit the columns into the available width which leads into unattractive line wraps.  Thanks in advance.Regards Lars

The plus sign (+) is a URL encoding replacement for a white space. In the context of URLs, it represents a space character. However, SharePoint APIs expect spaces in field names to be replaced with, not a plus sign (+). This is likely why you're getting a 400 error - the URL is not recognized due to the incorrect encoding.I am trying to send a GET Request as-  GET title('Detailed%20Production%20Status')?$select=Choices but workfront adds a plus sign in -  getbytitle%28%27Detailed+Production+Status%27%29?%24select=Choices. This results in the error code 4xx, forbidden. How to avoid this behavior?

Hello There - I'm looking to see if there's a way to assign a specific color to a user so that if there's a Calendar or reflected in a chart under "Sponsor Name" or "Owner Name", that color is the User's assigned color value throughout the entire system. Is that possible? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello everyone! I was wondering if someone can help me with the following:My users login with the company SSO, so I don't get to create their accounts. And I was wondering if:1. Is it possible to get notified every time I get a new user 2. Assign a default layout template and a company to each new member?if the answer is yes, how can I do it? Thanks in advance!

Hello, Apologies as I'm sure this is something that shouldn't be so hard to fix but I I've tried searching for answers before submitting this question and I can't find the solution.  I've inherited a bunch of old projects from a previous admin and the task lists were set up manually with no template. I need to copy a lot of the projects and then adjust the tasks to new dates. The task lists are very simply and straightforward.10 tasks total and the predecessors go down 1, 2, 3, etc. starting with task #2. The issue is when I select a new completion date and adjust the start/due date for task #1 - none of the following tasks update even though they all have predecessors set.  Not sure what I am doing wrong here or what needs to change.

Hi All, I used to be able to filter my proof reports by the project folder the proof was assigned to using the following formula:EXISTS:a:$$EXISTSMOD=EXISTSEXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=DOCFLDEXISTS:a:documentID=FIELD:IDEXISTS:a:folder:name=Art ReviewsEXISTS:a:folder:name_Mod=eq However, now this formula no longer works.  I wanted to know if anyone has run into this issue and developed a workaround?  I also have a field I created in text mode to display the folder name as a column for a document report but can't get it to work for a proof report:displayname=Folderlistmethod=nested(folders).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression={name}valueformat=HTML Anyone feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have a request queue set up for all marketing requests, then queue topics set up under that for various types of marketing requests, such as a blog, ad, and email. However, we have multiple locations and need requests from certain locations to go to specific teammates. Is there a way to make it so when a person fills out a specific section on a request form (if we have a choice to select location) those requests go to their respective marketing teammate assigned to that location?

Hi all, I've been asked if it's possible to CONCAT a couple of values from different custom forms on 2 different objects. The calculated field is on a Task Report and I hoped some of the values on the Project's Custom Form could be used in the calculation. See attached - Product, for example is on the Project Form but IC - Channel is on the Task Form.  Any thoughts? Thanks

While editing a Request Custom Form I am receiving this error Message ' Invalid Parameter: Conversion to type NMBR value 'SMS Reporting Example text'? This message is not allowing me to save my changes. What does this mean and how to resolve it? attached screenshot of the error message

Hello There - Is there text code for a column in a projects report to display a summary of all the assignments in the project? Thank You!

Which part of a project linked to a request triggers email notifications? I've updated the routing rule in the project and submitted a test request but it didn't change the group that was notified. Is it from the 'people' or somewhere else too? Thanks!

Hey community - does anyone know of a way to use the CONCAT feature combine elements to form a hyperlink but only show a shortened view in the report? I would like to do this without using a custom field.   displayname=User Directorylink.isnewwindow=truelinkedname=directnamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=ownernamekeyargkey.1=emailAddrquerysort=owner:emailAddrtextmode=trueusewidths=truevalueexpression=CONCAT("https://userdirectory.company.com/users/",{owner}.{uniqueUser})valueformat=HTML   at the moment it shows: https://userdirectory.company.com/users/uniqueuser what I want to show: uniqueuser (but retain the link)

I could use some help formatting our process for task/project requests that aren't going to specific users... Background - We are an in-house marketing team, so we don't track hours in WF or use workload balancer. We currently send design requests to the job role "graphic designer." Their admin then filters those requests through a report/dashboard and reassigns them based on skill or workload. The downfall is when their admin is slammed, in a lot of meetings, or out of the office, tasks can get backlogged until I as the project manager notice it and reassign them.  Question - I like how the team requests show up on the homepage for users. Our team very much works off of their homepage and don't venture too far from it. Is there a way to get the job role requests to show there? Should I put them all in a team instead and send requests to the team? I guess I don't understand the difference - how is your org structured? Thanks!

Hi! I am using a custom field to try and pull in a portfolio name into a task level report. It is working, kind of.... This is what I am seeing: "PIM | Cash Plus Portfolio (Portfolio-635067a0003b97d9b601c8c31d08ac3d)". But I just want to see "PIM | Cash Plus Portfolio". This is the code I am using: displayname=Portfolio Sub-Familylinkedname=projectnamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=programnamekeyargkey.1=Portfolioquerysort=DE:project:program:Portfoliotextmode=truevaluefield=project:program:Portfoliovalueformat=HTML

Hello! Has anyone had success in reporting on the rounds a task or project approval has undergone? So, if I have a task approval, how many times it was sent for approval? Trying to find something built into the system to avoid using a custom form for the information. Thanks for any insights on this!

Hello! Is there a way to add a program level field (this is a program data point that is a custom form) into a column of a task level report? I tried copying the text mode (below) of the column in a project level report, but it did not work. displayname=linkedname=programnamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=programnamekeyargkey.1=PIM | RHC TShirt Sizequerysort=DE:program:PIM | RHC TShirt Sizetextmode=truevaluefield=program:PIM | RHC TShirt Sizevalueformat=customDataLabelsAsString

On some projects, when I utilized the Updates tab on project level, it shows up as a comment under the Condition Update field, however, there are some projects that I work on that the comments don't appear. I tested it out with my team member who is the owner of those projects, and they have the same issue, so I know it is not because I'm not a project owner that my comments don't appear. Can anyone provide assistance on how I can get this problem fixed? Is it a permission issue? Because on some projects, the comments show up under the Condition Update with no problem, and others it doesn't show up.

I am working on an inherited instance and we are getting another new system admin soon.  During the Admin 101 call it was mentioned that you could use a project to document tips, links, etc.  For anyone doing that, can you share how you have it set up?  Do you use a custom form to gather information, post updates or attach documents?  Just looking for ideas on best practice and what works for you.  If you have fusion documented, we'd also be interested in what processes you use for that.

Hello Workfront Community,I am working on 2 reports: one for projects and one for issues. I'd like both to filter on the user that created the issue. However, I have some items appearing on the Issue Report that do not appear on the project report. At this point I can probably move forward with only the Issue report and simply display project information, however my curiosity is now peaked.    What is the difference between Entered by and Submitted by on issue reports? How do those fields relate to Converted Issue Originator in Project Reports?    Thanks for your Time!

Howdy Workfronters! The subject says it all. We use a 'bucket' ticket methodology. Is there a way to raise Requests and have them 'related' to the bucket ticket we use?ThanksSean

We have a reporting requirement where in the client wants to see 2 fields on the report which will display the Total of 2 specific column values. For example from the screenshot attached they want 2 fields on the report below each grouping section1) Total of (Maximum daily send volumes) column = 1000+6000+200+ 0 = 7200 2) Total of (Daily Send SMS Volume) column = 30+305+337+728 = 1400 Both these values should dynamically change based on the entry of projects here. If there are 5 entries then the value should update accordingly Once the Total is captured for both these columns thenIf the Total of (maximum daily send volumes) column is > than say a certain value (E.g. say 100000) then it should colour code this total of (maximum daily send volumes) field. Can someone please guide me on how best to approach the above requirement? it would be of great help.  @richard_le_  Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,Is there a way to import multiple tasks into Workfront and have each with a custom form attached?Thank you

Hey all, What can I do to fix the "Your scenario contains a premium app. To get access to premium apps, upgrade your plan" error message I'm receiving in Workfront Fusion? It seems that I am on the Enterprise Plan so should not happen. What modules are triggering this error?
