Hey all   I have a field on a custom form with 9 multiple choice answers. The formula only displays the value for 1 picked answer but obviously does not 'add' the total if more than 2 values are picked. Formula is as follows: IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "All", 9, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "Organic traffic", 8, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "Organic rankings", 7, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "Organic visibility", 8, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "Conversions / CTA", 8, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "Improved user experience", 7, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "Links acquired", 6, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "Engagement", 7, IF({DE:How are we measuring the success of this content?} = "None", 5, 0)))))))))If anyone could advise/help with a

Hi WF Community, Does anyone know if there's a project setting that will allow for parent tasks to update to specific percent complete values (e.g. 56%) based on the percent complete values of its sub-tasks? For example:Parent Task A has 2 sub-tasksSub-Task 1 has a % complete of 50%Sub-Task 2 has a % complete of 10%Result: Parent Task A should have a percent complete value of 30% Right now, the only time a parent task's percent complete value updates is when it's sub-tasks are fully complete (100%), and thus, the parent tasks updates from 0% to 100% (but nothing in between). Thanks.Nick

Hello All, in text mode, I would like to add one more condition of OR relation into expression, see my valueexpression below, if my expression wrong, if someone can point me on this? thanks! Textmode=truedisplayname=Overall StatusIF(ISBLANK({DE:Confirm receipt QTY}) or ISBLANK({DE:Confirm receipt date}),"OPEN","CLOSE")valueformat=HTML When I used one condition (without OR), it is OK, so I guess my OR expression is wrong, need your help here! thanks!

Hello,  I'm building a project report and need to display the latest task with the percentage equals to 100%. I'm iterating over tasks however the challenge that I am having is that this method is concatenating all the tasks with percentage equals 100% but what is needed is the name of the last one only. I need a way to wipe the text and keep only the last task with. This is the "code" I have so far:displayname=Last stage/task completedlistmethod=nested(tasks).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({percentComplete}=100,{name})valueformat=htmlAppreciate any help 🙂

I am attempting to create a project-plan template that will ask the project manager for a 'product go-live' date, and it will then auto-populate dates for tasks that occur before this event (such as a kick-off call and product setup), but also auto-populate the dates for certain tasks that will happen after this date (such as monitoring the product & handing it off to a product owner). I'd like users to have flexibility to edit the length of the post go-live phase. example:The Project Manager determined beforehand that the Go live date is 8/1/24. Therefore:Kick off call should occur 7/1/24Product setup should start by 7/8/24Go Live is 8/1/24Monitoring product quality for the next 2-3 weeks (Flexible).transition product to product owner after step 4 is complete. If I use the 'projected completion date', then all tasks would be calculated based on the last task, which no longer gives users the flexibility to edit the length of this post go-live phase. Does anyone have

Hi There,Am I the only one to notice, or sandbox performance (response time for CRUD actions) are getting worth and worth?Hard to work with when managing large number of objects...A delete action for 300 requests is very very slow, or often never completed....Is there any plan to improve?Best Nico

When using the "Parent" Field in a Task View it displays the project name when the task is a parent task. We're aiming to display "Parent Task" when the "Parent" field matches the project name, indicating it is a parent task. Otherwise, it should display the task name, indicating it's a child task. Here's is the calculated column formula I've been trying but is not working: displayname=Parent Tasktextmode=truevalueexpression=IF({backlogParent}={project:name},"Parent Task",{backlogParent})valueformat=HTML

Hello, I'm trying to build a basic task report that will pull all tasks that were completed after the planned completion date. Essentially actualCompletionDate > plannedCompletionDate. However, I want to exclude the time from the calculation. I tried playing with the CLEARTIME, but I was unsuccessful. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Does anyone know if it is possible in either a Workfront Proof report or in a Proof View if you can pull metrics on proof comment actions? We are trying to pull data on how our creative team is working through comments with various actions: Resolved, Will Not Action, etc. If this is not possible, is there a possibility of retrieving this data using Fusion? Thanks!

Hi!  I am pulling a task report on Adobe Workfront. I've created a grouping for Project Name but I don't want the text "Project: Name:" to show up in the grouping. Is there a way I can remove the text and continue to have the name of the project in the grouping?  Thanks in advance!

Hi Is there a way to run a report to show the users(Admins/Group Admins) who have logged in as other users? I have tried searching for the "log In As" field and can't find it. Maybe I'm selecting the wrong report type?

Is anyone aware of any integration between CJA and Workfront in any shape or form? Can these two solution talk to each other? Is there anything in the pipeline? Was trying to search fin Google but don't seem to get anywhere with it. Appreciate any insights or knowledge sharing!

Is there the capability within Timesheets if certain tasks/projects are "pinned" they can appear at the top or at least be sorted somehow?

As an organization, we encounter many scenarios where process needs to deviate for some reason or another.  We work in an industry that is heavily regulated and audited and need to ensure that there is consistency in process flows and approvals.    How does an organization account for variations in approval?  Ideally, are there systemic solutions that would be able to identify how the user answered and appropriately send out the correct approval request. Example Approval Scenario:    We have a content development template of tasks.  The users need to confirm if there is any environmental benefit language in the marketing copy. If they answer yes, an approval from an environmental risk department needs to be obtainedIf they answer no, no approval is required from environmental risk

Does anyone have experience creating a report or set of reports to capture all objects and related updates (including system updates) for project closure? We archive our project documentation in network folders at project closure and would like to be able to export the Workfront project to include with that documentation. Thanks!

A large part of our day to day process is reviewing PowerPoint decks with speaker notes (or other information) in the slide notes. In order for a reviewer to see the speaker notes I have to export the PowerPoint as a PDF when uploading a new Proof. This causes a version control issue because when the writer of the deck goes to download the file it is a PDF file instead of the PowerPoint version. As of now I am uploading the same PowerPoint version as the PDF version that was uploaded, as an attached comment. Is there a way to upload a PowerPoint to Proof in its native PowerPoint format, and be able to view the speaker notes?

I may have asked this before, but I can't find my original post. I have a task report and I added a column to pull the project update notes.  I thought that it would pull the most recent update note, but it's not.  It's pulling the first note.  Do you know how I can have the most recent update not show in my report? This is the text code for the updates note column.  Do I need to modify this code or is there something different that I have to do or it not possible to do what I want? displayname=linkedname=projectnamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=projectnamekeyargkey.1=TDM Update Notesquerysort=DE:project:TDM Update Notesvaluefield=project:TDM Update Notesvalueformat=customDataLabelsAsString

WF Communi'tea! Try as I might, I can't seem to get the following - what would appear to be a simple text mode filter - to work. Wondering if anyone knows where I'm going wrong? I have a custom calculated (Date) field on a project custom form called "Project Completed Date Stamp"I've created an Hour report, and in a text mode filter I want to write a statement for the followingHour entry date is greater (newer) than the Project Completed Date Stamp field value Here's what I have at present:valueexpression={entryDate}>{Project}.{DE:project:Project Completed Date Stamp} Result: error (whoops, something went wrong) I've also tried this:entryDate=DE:Project Completed Date StampentryDate_Mod=gt Result: error (whoops, something went wrong) Any ideas where I might be going astray? Thanks!Nick

One column has the owner:name and the other column has the lastUpdatedBy:name.  I want to create a text filter that compares the value and only displays if they are not equal.  It is an hour report.

I was wondering if there was a way to tag multiple people at once for an update or an approval. We have a group of 4 on our regulatory team that need to proof almost every project. Is there an easier way to set them up so they would all get an email with the update - for instance could I create them as a user called Regulatory and their email is one that I have our IT setup as groupregulatory@email? Then it would email all 4 of them and I wouldn't have to tag each of them separately on every project?

Hi WF Community, My attempt at this request pretzeled my brain, so I'm reaching out to the big guns (here) to see if assistance can be provided? I have a project report, whereby I want to apply an EXISTS filter that will look the tasks within a project, and if a task name contains "QA", "Proof", or "Quality Assurance" it pulls in that project to the report. I know going up object levels is usually easier, but wondering if going down (Project down to tasks) will work? Thanks much.Nick

It seems like it would be enormously helpful for requestor/reviewers to see at a glance the tasks that were converted from requests they raised. You can do this in custom reports or project filters (using "converted issue originator = me") but it does not work in the Home task widgets. The task widget only shows tasks that are assigned to the logged-in user, which only benefits Work license holders and not the vast majority of users with requestor/reviewer licenses.  I raised a support ticket on this; the rep was very helpful but confirmed the above and suggested I raise this as an idea.

I want to pull out the ID info from a custom typeahead field (it points out to my Accounts in a Custom form) to use it in a next Workfront module, but result is in below format and it looks like it is not an array. {"objCode":"PORT","name":"Multi-CU","ID":"64344cd30027a73afde2866203e27632"} Does somebody know which Fusion function, tool or module I can use to extract this ID since this is entered by Requestor and changes on every project?

Hi all, I've just noticed that there are a couple of new options in User Profiles as shown below. Did I miss an update about this? I'm just a bit concerned that as a Sys Admin, I should be on the ball with noticing all changes, but I completely missed this. Does anyone who where is was documented or announced please? ThanksMatt
