How can I pull personal "contact information" into form?

The queue set up doesn't offer choice of "requestor email" so I need custom field on form similar to the one that pulls over the "Manager's name" of the requestor. We don't want customer to have to type their email.....and their name auto-populates so it seems like this should be available too...?

Hi Tegwyn,

You should be able to achieve this by using the Formula "Owner.Email Address"
