Double charge

Hi,

Why am I being double charged? I am paying 69.00 for CC subscription that should include Acrobat. I am also getting charged an additional 29.00 for Acrobat   I can’t get a HUMAN on the phone…. I try to cancel following phone prompts and the bot hangs up on me.

How to solve this????
