Can you group same issue name using collection?

Hello,

I have a report that is using collection to pull all issue entered for a project. An issue (with the same name) can be entered a couple times to link to other groups or assignments. Is there a way to group the same issue (name) within the text mode below to display as one rather than multiple lines? For example, 'Change to Access Security Model' is displayed twice but I would like to adjust the text mode below to show it as just one line.
