Calculated Feilds

I need help with a calculated field - currently its this:

 

CONCAT({DE:Client / Partner Name},"_",{DE:MKTG - What type of communication is needed?},"_",{referenceNumber},"_",{DE:MKTG - Deploy/deliver approved final communication by})
 
What I need help with is how to have workfront
1. replace characters, ex: a client or partner name has an apostrophe, we want that removed 
2. render out the dates as mmddyy so removing //
 
Any ideas? Thank you !
