Bumping Up Comments in Existing Update Threads

Hello Workfront Team,

My company noticed that comments within existing threads do not cause task Update threads to be bumped up to the list of Updates at the project level. It would be extremely helpful for the comment from the most recently updated thread to be bumped up to the top of project level updates rather than getting buried below.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks

Thank you for posting this! It's frustrating to have an active thread that is 3/4 down the page because it was started a week ago. All recent comments should keep that thread at the top.

I would say that bumping updates (at the task or overall project level) needs to be a priority.

I am just a fellow user agreeing with your Idea! I think you need to have 30 -40 upvotes for it be put into consideration.

I voted on this! Much needed!
There is a similar idea with 26 votes if you would like to go upvote that one as well:

I know this thread is old, but this feature would be so helpful! We've only been using Workfront for about a year, but we've gotten feedback about update feeds can be difficult to navigate for this exact reason.

This would be so helpful! We are getting feedback from our team that it is tough to navigate updates and it would be  helpful for the comment from the most recently updated thread to be displayed at the top of the updates section.
