Best Practice for Proofing Large Video Files

Hello, just had a call from creative team and our videographer has a large file that needs proofing.

File is over the 4GB - more like 6GB - just checking to see if anyone has best practice or suggestion. Would using integration with creative cloud help in any way?

    If this is a recurring situation, I would recommend investigating Frame.io.
