Hi, We don’t have access to the Workflow Ultimate package, so I’m curious: what fields can be added in the advance assignments? I noticed a ‘+’ icon in the screenshot.

Is it limited to these fields only? Could you please also explain what “Category” and “Feedback Status” mean, and what does the ‘Issue’ column show?

We would like to upgrade to this package if there is a way to add custom data.
