I am not sure about Intake Coordinator, there is a Project Coordinator 

 which is coming soon, do you have any information where did you hear this from?

This is exactly the type of functionality we are looking to incorporate into our workflow within Workfront. Currently, we export request forms and then trigger a Copilot Agent to carry out this process. 

Intake Coordinator 
Checks every incoming request form, flags gaps and notifies the requestor, cutting the back-and-forth  before work can begin.

However we would like the AI to do more than the above description. Our AI agent brief: Reviews new requests for completeness, clarity, feasibility, and readiness before work begins. It identifies missing information, checks scope, deliverables, audience, deadlines, formats, approvals, dependencies, and supplied assets, then produces a concise validation result with targeted follow-up questions and recommended next steps.

I’d really appreciate any further information you have regarding the AI Collaborator and if it is available.
