Add Planned vs. Actual Hours Toggle in Workload Balancer

Idea: Add a toggle that allows users to switch between Planned Hours and Actual Hours within the workload view.

Why: The Workload Balancer is great for forecasting resource capacity using planned hours, but it would be even more valuable if managers could quickly view actual hours in the same experience to understand how time is being spent and compare planned vs. actual effort.

Benefits:

• Better visibility into team capacity and utilization
• Easier resource planning and forecasting
• Faster identification of over- or under-allocation
• Reduced reliance on separate reporting

This would provide a more complete picture of workload management without requiring users to leave the Workload Balancer. Thanks for considering!
