Add ability to setup default access level when auto provisioning user

When you check the box for auto provisioning users as part of the sso process, there should be a selection called “Default access level when auto provisioning” with a drop down where you can pick from a list of the access levels you’ve created.

This is a great idea. We have recently requested this as well!

I agree! I think that being able to specify a default group and notifications would be extremely beneficial as well.

It is set to "Requestor" by default, but from what I read in Workfront community people want the default access level to be set to "Reviewer" and this is something our Org wants as well.

Thank you for the submission! We think this is a good enhancement to the Workfront platform overall and this product area in particular!

Workfront currently prioritizes large-scale, foundational enhancements such as the new Reporting experience and changes to the core data model, so this item does not fit in our near-term roadmap. As such, I am marking this as Declined now, but we'll keep this in our backlog for the improvements for this area so that we can revisit the decision in the future.
