Turn Workfront Approvals On/Off

When trying to migrate the team from using Workfront approvals for document reviews to Proof HQ approvals, it would be useful to be able to "turn off" the Workfront approvals box in the Document pane of a project. Users tend to get confused as to why there are two options. If we could choose to turn off or hide that functionality, that would be extremely helpful when streamlining for our organization.

    Yes, this would be very helpful. We see a risk to migrating from WF document driven approvals to PHQ approvals now that the integration has improved. We think our cretive teams may still use the prior approval process and not the PHQ approvals process.

    We are starting a new instance of Workfront with ProofHQ turned on from the beginning, and are already realizing that it will be a major challenge to train all our team members not to use the document approvals. Being able to turn that feature off would make things much simpler. Even better would be to incorporate some of the more intuitive aspects of document approval into the proof review (like the stoplight colored approval buttons that reviewers are more likely to notice than the muted "make a Decision" button), and make them one coherent system.
