Subscribing: Ability to Assign Subscribers

It would be wonderful if either System Admins (without logging in as the individual) or Project Owner could subscribe on behalf of someone. This option would be good for Executives. Typically, higher leadership will not take the time to log into Workfront, but won't mind getting an email of notification. Having the ability to subscribe someone on their behalf would be helpful.
