SSO: Federation ID should not be case sensitive

I'm still not clear why the Federation ID field in Workfront is case sensitive. If there's not a good reason for this, can we someday make them not case sensitive please?

    This original post was 2017, 6 years on and it is still not resolved as we face exactly the same issues!
