Reporting across fields in a task report

Is it possible for me to create a report to show me information across several custom fields that all have a yes/no possible response? See screenshot - I created a Task Report, where for 5 locations we can answer yes/no for each day... I want to somehow aggregate that yes/no data for an exception report - showing only the no's, or showing a trending of no's across a period of time. Eventually, I would like to show this trend across different projects (for that, I think I can just modify the filter to add in those other projects). Any ideas for how to do this, if possible? Thank you!
