Report to identify proofs with changes to automated workflow

Details: Currently there is no report that shows each approval flow and who approved it without drilling down into the Activity Action of individual proofs.

Request: Add additional functionality in the "Views" reporting for the ability to filter or identify proofs that have had changes made to the automated workflow templates, e.g. new people being added, people being removed, decisions made on behalf of others.
