Proof Approval Report: Show all decisions until Entire Proof Approved

Does anyone know how to create a proof approval report that lists out all decisions on a proof that have been made AND those that are still pending (Approved, Pending, Rejected, Not Relevant, etc) while waiting for all decisions to come in? Basically we have a workflow of parallel stages and I want a report that shows who has approved, who has rejected and who we're still waiting on. Once ALL decisions have been approved, the proof would fall off the report. I know in Proof HQ there's a general proof Status that will show pending until all decisions have been made, but not seeing a similar field in WF. Thanks! Christine Zhu Chobani

Hey Christine,

On the default Proof Approval report there is a column for Approver Decision. This field will reflect the decision of the approver on the proof. There is not a way to keep all decisions on the report until all are approved, but you can drop them off the report when the users has had a decision by using the filter for Approver Decision not equal Approved.
