Project cannot be deleted or shared

Hi,

A user created a project in 2024, when Workfront was adopted by our company, he received a notification these days on the email that a task is due on this project, by accessing the link on the email, he is redirected to the task, but cannot do any changes.

As a system admin, I only can visualize the project by accessing the link he received, so the project doesn’t exist in the list of projects.

I was able to close the task for the user, but cannot:

• close the project, when I try to change the status to Completed - I receive the error : “Cannot modify personal project”
• cannot delete the project - in the 3 dots beside the name I have only Edit, Recalculate Timeline, Export and Recalculate Finance
• the share button doesn’t work - when I try to click on it - I receive the error: “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')”

Have you seen this type of behavior ? Any idea on how I can close it ? or even delete it ?
