Non-Human Resources as Resource Type

Create a new user type that can account for non-human resources.

For example, we often have camera equipment that may need to be booked for a photoshoot. Add the functionality to classify these resources differently.

You could assign an owner, approver, etc.

This could also be used to book locations e.g. photo studio, sound booth, test lab, vehicles, rooms, etc.
