Issue with Workfront home page when working from home

I have a user that often works from home and every time she logs into Workfront she doesn't get her usual home page, but instead gets a blank page with only the side bar and header appearing. Anyone else experience this?

Working from the same computer or different one? Possibly an internet speed issue if it's the same computer?

Do you use SSO in the office and she's logging in without her SSO credentials into a duplicate account that doesn't have her usual settings?
