Is there an overarching list of WF Instance settings (vs. group settings)?

As we move further into having multiple departments using Workfront, I'm curious if there is an over-arching list of what can and can't be customized for user experiences. For instance, logging time directly to projects is an instance-only enterprise setting. Does anyone know if this exists?
