Home - Request Access - Display an indicator that shows the object type associated with the Request

Currently, when we receive an email that someone is requesting access, the email displays an indicator so that you can easily see if the request is tied to a project, issue, task.

However, when you are using Home to look at an Access Request, no indicator is displayed. You have to click the link to go to the item to see what it really is. It would be nice if Home displayed an indicator to eliminate this extra step.

An added bonus would be for the Access Request on Home to include the associated Project Name for Issue and Task requests.
