Home Page View: Bring Back Layout templates or provide a default view that is configurable.

The home page should be configurable by the user, as it was in the Classic Experience. The worklist is not useful for all roles, particularly executive level roles that want to see more of a dashboard view. It now takes more than three clicks to get to dashboards. Yes, you can pin them to the top bar, but essentially the worklist view is blank for those that don't use it or need it. Bring back layout templates for this view!
