Dashboards pinned via Layout Template to the Program object - automatic filter no longer working?

I have a ticket open with Support about this, but I’m curious to know if anyone else is facing this. 

We have a large number of dashboards pinned via Layout Template to the Portfolio or Program object - things like a portfolio snapshot, program snapshot, air traffic control, that sort of thing. Previously, you could build the reports on those dashboards and not require a filter for a specific program or portfolio - they would automatically filter results down to the respective object you were viewing the pinned dashboard from. So if you were viewing the dashboard from within Portfolio A, it would NOT show you results from Portfolio B or Portfolio C. However, if you opened a specific report in another tab outside of the current Portfolio, it would show you results from the entire system (assuming you didn’t have something in your filter to prevent that from happening).

Today, our Portfolio pinned dashboards work as expected, but our Program ones do not. They are producing results from the entire system, as if you were viewing them outside of a specific Program.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
